A leading UK organisation which supports financial wellbeing is looking for an IT Business Partner to join its Technology function. This is a key role within a modern, evolving environment where technology is central to business delivery and strategy.

The role
Sitting between technology and business operations, the IT Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and strategic link across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, ensure technology aligns with organisational strategy and identify opportunities to improve how teams use IT.

This is a varied position with exposure across multiple business units, covering:

• Translating business needs into technology requirements
• Shaping and managing demand for new and existing IT services
• Supporting continuous improvement across processes, systems and delivery
• Ensuring technology investment drives value and supports strategic goals
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels

About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in a business partnering role within Technology, Change or Finance
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• The ability to interpret business needs and convert them into IT solutions
• Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders
• An understanding of IT concepts, processes and emerging trends

You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, shaping direction and influencing decisions in a complex environment. A customer-centric approach and the ability to balance long- and short-term considerations will be key.
