Role Purpose

• Lead customer conversations and architect enterprise AI foundation stacks
• Stitch enterprise AI architecture & solutions, set up governance & LLMOps/MLOps
• Train talent
• convert prioritized use cases into MVPs across one or more of Retail, CPG, Travel-Transportation-Hospitality (TTH), Life Sciences Health Care, Manufacturing and Education sectors.

Key Outcomes

• Stand up secure AI foundation stack with observability and guardrails.
• Deliver rapid MVPs in priority industry domains.
• Establish AI operating model & governance.
• Upskill client & internal teams with AI fluency programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead C-suite architecture conversations, value cases, sovereignty considerations.
• Define AI foundation stack (infra, platform, model registry, vector DB, guardrails).
• Establish LLMOps/MLOps standards integrated with SDLC/DevSecOps.
• Embed Responsible AI governance and risk controls.
• Prioritize use cases, run solution spikes and deliver MVPs alongside engineering squads with measurable value.
• Coach teams, create training paths and communities of practice.

Required Experience

• 12+ years enterprise architecture; 3+ years applied GenAI/ML.
• Designed enterprise AI platforms with LLMOps/MLOps & observability.
• Delivered MVPs across at least one and preferably two industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and roadmap shaping capability.
• Experience with Sovereign/Private AI patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud AI stacks and open-source ecosystems.

Travel & Work Pattern
20 40% client site as required and rest at TCS Offices primarily based out of London
