We are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a leading engineering and defence organisation supporting advanced manufacturing programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated, high-hazard manufacturing environment, contributing to the development, optimisation and improvement of critical production processes.
You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team focused on process capability, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous improvement across complex production systems.
The Role As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring production processes are safe, efficient and capable of meeting demanding quality standards.
Working alongside engineers, production teams and technical specialists, you will help develop and improve manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience We’re looking for engineers with strong technical foundations and a proactive approach to solving manufacturing challenges.
You should ideally have experience in:
Experience in materials processing or high hazard manufacturing environments would be beneficial.
