Oracle Banking Solution lead needed. We are looking for a visionary Solution Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX/OBCX)and Core Banking Systems (FCUBS). You will be responsible for defining the digital roadmap, ensuring seamless integration between Front End digital channels and back-core processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation:Lead the implementation of OBCX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) platform to drive retail and corporate digital strategies.
• End-to-End Architecture:Design complex integrations between OBCX andFLEXCUBE (FCUBS) using the OBCX Adapter layer to ensure Real Time transaction processing.
• Platform. Oversee UI/UX customisations and service extensions using Banking Workbench (OBX) and OBCX SDKs.
• Technical Governance:Manage security configurations and API frameworks to ensure high-performance digital delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Professional Experience:10+ years in Banking IT, with a primary focus Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX/OBCX).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with OBCX UI Extensions, Java Interfaces, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture (OBMA) and extension tools like OBX.
• Integration Skills:Proven track record of integrating digital front-ends with FCUBS,OBP, or other major core banking hosts.
