Project Manager Civils & InfrastructureBedford Area Managing Three Live SitesA well-established regional civil engineering contractor, known for delivering complex infrastructure packages across the South and Midlands, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee three active sites in the Bedford area. The business has a strong reputation for safe delivery, technical competence, and long-term client relationships, with a healthy pipeline of work secured for 2025 and beyond.The RoleYoull take full responsibility for planning, programming and delivering multiple civils schemes concurrently. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with Site Managers and Engineers to ensure each project is running safely, efficiently and to programme.Key Responsibilities Oversee three live civils sites across the Bedford region Produce and manage programmes, sequencing and short-term planning Lead and support Site Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery Manage all civils and infrastructure elements Oversee cut & fill operations, drainage, roads, utilities and associated works Ensure temporary works are planned, designed, checked and implemented correctly Maintain strong client communication and commercial awareness Drive safety, quality and productivity across all sitesExperience Required Proven background as a Project Manager in civils, infrastructure or groundworks Strong understanding of cut & fill, earthworks, drainage and highways Confident managing multiple sites and leading Site Managers Solid grasp of temporary works processes Able to plan, programme and drive deliveryPackage / PayFor a PM running three sites, in Bedford, with civils & infrastructure experience and temporary works competence, youre realistically looking at:Permanent:£65,000 £75,000 + car/allowance + package
