A Laptop Build Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune)is required by a leading financial services company in central Newcastle.

This is a full-time, onsiterole (Monday to Friday, 9-5) based in NE1 postcode. Inside IR35, paid via umbrella, £180 per day.
Laptop Build Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune) you must have:

• Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intunefor imaging and building of laptops and desktops
• Experience as part of a migration project building W11 laptops and Devices

This is a Laptop Build Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, M365, Intune)contract focused on device deployment and build. Youll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and logging the build in asset logs.

Youll work with Windows 11, SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
