We’re working with a growing business looking for aLead QA Engineer to join their Leeds team. You’ll lead a team of testers while remaining actively involved in testing, automation and quality strategy across a range of digital and enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a testing team
• Participate in hands-on testing
• Develop and implement test strategies
• Use automation tools like Python, Selenium & Playwright
• Collaborate with stakeholders across projects

Requirements

• Strong automation and manual testing (Python, Selenium or Playwright)
• Experience or the desire to lead & mentor a team
• Experience with test strategy, frameworks and planning
• Experience with manual and automated testing
