About the Role

Club Control is the UKs leading EPOS and membership system provider for social and sports clubs, trusted by over 2,500 venues nationwide.

We are looking for a hands-on Field Installation Engineer to join our growing team.

You will be travelling to customer sites installing a range of our systems including EPOS, door entry systems, network infrastructure and locks. The work is practical and varied, with different installations and environments on each project, meaning no two days are the same.

This role would suit an engineer who can think outside the box, solve problems on-site, and has a positive can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Travelling to customer sites to install Club Control systems
• Installing and configuring EPOS systems, door entry systems, networks and locks
• Running and terminating Cat5/Cat6 network cabling
• Testing installations to ensure systems are working correctly before handover
• Preparing sites for EPOS technicians and supporting installations
• Working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Representing Club Control professionally when working on customer premises

Travel Requirements

This is a field-based role covering mainly the South of the UK, with some nationwide travel depending on project locations.

The role involves regular travel and staying away during the working week when required. All hotels are arranged and paid for by the office, and engineers receive an overnight allowance for meals.

The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend travel required.

What Were Looking For

• Experience installing network cabling, door entry systems, EPOS systems or similar equipment (preferred but not essential)
• Basic understanding of networking and wiring practices
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with travel and staying away when required
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
