A growing and forward-thinking Managed Service Provider based in Cornwall is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone with MSP experience who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting a variety of clients, and working with the latest Microsoft technologies.
The business is currently expanding its AI capabilities, so exposure to Microsoft Copilot / Copilot 365 would be highly desirable for candidates looking to work with emerging technologies.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to a range of external clients, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues while ensuring excellent customer service. You ll work closely with senior engineers and the wider service desk to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions.
