Contract Opportunity - D365 Real Time Journeys Specialist (Email Personalisation) - fully remote - up to 300 per day (outside IR35)

We’re currently looking for a Dynamics 365 specialist to support a client with email personalisation and segmentation within D365 Real Time Journeys.

The client recently had to rebuild their email journeys from scratch after the unexpected removal of the Outbound Marketing module, and they’re now running tests around DPP confirmation messages in Real Time Journeys.

They’re looking for someone who can help review and optimise their current setup.

Key Areas of Support

• Dynamic data personalisation in D365 Real Time Journeys emails
• Supporting and troubleshooting DPP confirmation message journeys
• Reviewing and validating segments used for email sends
• Ensuring journeys and personalisation tokens are functioning correctly

Requirements

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing/Real Time Journeys
• Experience building and troubleshooting dynamic email personalisation
• Familiarity with segments and audience targeting in D365
• Ability to quickly review and improve existing configurations

• Rate: £300 per day (outside IR35)
