Role: Technical Program Manager Agentforce & Salesforce Implementation

?Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead onsite coordination and delivery governance for a 4-month Agentforce and Salesforce-based Agentic AI implementation program within a large enterprise sales ecosystem.
The role will act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, architecture teams, and offshore delivery squads, ensuring timely execution, technical alignment, risk resolution, and cross-team coordination across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment stages.
?Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, platform owners, and offshore delivery teams
Drive end-to-end program execution across discovery, architecture, build, testing, and deployment phases
Own program timelines, milestones, and delivery tracking
Coordinate across Salesforce, Data Cloud, integration, security, and architecture teams
Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers by engaging appropriate technical and platform teams
Facilitate technical and functional workshops with stakeholders
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
Run sprint reviews, delivery checkpoints, and governance forums
Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
Ensure environment readiness and access coordination
Support UAT coordination and business validation cycles
Provide structured status reporting and executive updates
?Required Core Skills
Program & Delivery
Strong technical program/project management experience (enterprise programs)
Experience managing multi-stream technical implementations
Sprint and milestone-based delivery management
Risk, dependency, and issue management
Platform & Technical Exposure (Must Have Mix Of These)
Salesforce platform delivery experience
Experience with Salesforce integrations and ecosystem
Exposure to AI/automation/agent-based platforms (preferred)
Understanding of API and system integration patterns
Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts
Experience coordinating architecture and security reviews
Stakeholder & Communication
Strong stakeholder management capability
Experience working with enterprise client environments
Ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders
Workshop facilitation skills
Executive status reporting
