An established, high-growth technology consultancy is building a genuinely AI-native capability, embedding artificial intelligence into client delivery, internal platforms, and long-term strategy. Lead advanced AI knowledge-sharing sessions within internal upskilling initiatives
Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, protocols, and tooling
Support pragmatic AI adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams
AI Engineer Requirements
Essential:
Strong software engineering foundations with a production mindset
Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including API integrations, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
Experience shipping AI-powered features into production environments
Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages
Familiarity with emerging AI tooling (e.g. MCP, A2A, Threads or similar)
Consultancy or client-facing technology delivery experience
Desirable:
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or model fine-tuning
Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred)
Open-source contributions or visible AI side projects
This is not a research-focused post; it is suited to engineers who build, deploy and scale AI systems.
