£600-700/day overall assignment rate to umbrella

Working with a financial services client who are looking for a Staff Data Engineer to act as the technical authority, overseeing 6 Scrum teams.

This role will be a hands-off position but will require someone with an extensive data engineering background.

Staff Data Engineer, key skills;

Must have Snowflake experience

Strong SQL skills

Data pipelining experience

ETL

Ability to act as a technical leader

Staff Data Engineer, key responsibilities:

Act as the Technical Authority across multiple teams

Escalation point for engineering matters

Lead on data engineering best practices and standards

Contribute to design and architecture

Work closely with stakeholders
