The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting a long-term PFI contract. This is a key role focused on delivering reliable, compliant, and high-quality building services maintenance across a secure estate.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring critical systems remain fully operational, safe, and compliant at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and operate building services systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, and electrical equipment
*
Respond promptly to faults and breakdowns, minimising downtime
*
Carry out controlled switching on HV and LV systems (as authorised)
*
Supervise contractors and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
*
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and maintain accurate compliance records
*
Manage parts ordering and support control room handovers
*
Assist with shift planning and uphold high housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services maintenance or engineering
*
Strong working knowledge of BEMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire and life safety systems, and water treatment
*
City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
*
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualified
*
HV Authorised Person
*
Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*
Basic IT proficiency
*
Experience within a PFI contract environment (desirable)
