M365 Engineer – London – Hybrid – Outside IR35

VIQU IT has a customer seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to support with a Tenant-to-Tenant migration project being a Greenfield set up. This position is essential to delivering a new, unified Microsoft 365 environment that will underpin the group’s future IT strategy.

Required Skills & Experience of the M365 migration Engineer:

• Proven hands-on experience delivering M365 tenant migrations
• Previous experience with a creation of a brand-new greenfield M365 tenant
• Strong understanding of M365 architecture and design
• Experience implementing governance and compliance frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively with MSPs and internal teams
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities of the M365 Migration Engineer:

• Lead and execute M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Design and implement tenant architecture aligned with best practice
• Establish governance, compliance, and security standards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external MSP partners
• Enhance and optimise the new M365 environment beyond initial deployment
• Provide technical guidance and support during transition phases

The M365 Migration Engineer will be required to work 1-2 days a week onsite in London city centre.
