Due to continued business growth and new contract wins, we are now recruiting experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to join our expanding engineering team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team covering the Anglia region. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of chilled and frozen display and storage equipment across foodservice, hospitality, and food & drink retail environments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with high-quality commercial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems

Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs

Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding work completed and recommendations

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Participate in an on-call rota as required

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Valid F-Gas Certificate (applications without this cannot be considered)

10+ years’ experience within the commercial refrigeration sector

Strong experience working in restaurants, hospitality, or food retail environments

Excellent understanding of commercial refrigeration systems

Professional, reliable, and capable of maintaining high performance during busy seasonal periods

Full UK driving licence
