Senior Solutions Architect-Perm

Location: Hybrid - Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, London

Security Requirement: Applicants must hold active SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it (UK citizenship and 5 years’ continuous UK residence required).

Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and lead end-to-end digital solutions across government, healthcare, and purpose-driven sectors.

You will:

• Own solution design from concept through to delivery.
• Align architecture with business outcomes, technical strategy, and governance.
• Produce clear solution blueprints across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Engage senior stakeholders and support delivery teams to implement solutions effectively.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience performing solutions architecture responsibilities.
• Strong background in software development or technical delivery.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling approaches.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.

While not essential, experience with architecture frameworks is beneficial, such as:

• TOGAF
• Zachman
• Open Agile Architecture
