About the Role

TSM Technical is recruiting for a leading name in automatic door systems and aluminium shopfronts. Were looking for an Installation Engineer to join their North London team, installing cutting-edge automatic doors across commercial and industrial sites.

This is a hands-on, varied role where youll receive full product training and ongoing support to develop your skills within a forward-thinking, well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install automatic door systems and aluminium shopfronts on customer sites and construction projects
• Work independently or as part of a team, liaising with Project Managers and Planners to deliver projects on time
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly using provided systems
• Occasionally work nights or weekends as required
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and compliance

Skills & Experience

? Previous experience installing automatic doors and/or aluminium shopfronts
? BS7036 / EN16005 certification (preferred)
? CSCS card
? Full UK driving licence
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Positive, enthusiastic approach
? NVQ in Specialist Occupations (Doors, Gates, Shutters) desirable
? Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Pay & Hours

• £15.00 £18.50 per hour (DOE)
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirement
• Overtime: 1.5x Monday - Friday and weekends
• Monthly efficiency bonus (team-based)
