We’ve got a great role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in the West End! Offering an opportunity to work on a fantastic, state of the art, commercial site. You’ll be joining a building service provider, well renowned for progressing their engineers further internally and offering valuable career experience.

This is a Monday - Friday, static role.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems are carried out, fault find / troubleshoot, liaise with contractors, respond to client needs and report into the Site Manager.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
• Communicate with the client

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
• Client facing attitude
• Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
