One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customers home; the next, youre troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. No experience? No problem. Well fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. Youll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.

What Youll Do

Youll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks:

• Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
• Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.

• Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
