1IM Developer (Quest One Identity Manager)

UK (Fully Remote) | £500/day (Inside IR35) | 6-month contract

Our client, a top global organization, is hiring an experienced 1IM Developer to support a large-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform within a global banking environment. You’ll work across change delivery and production support, contributing to the ongoing development, integration and optimisation of a mature Quest One Identity Manager estate.

Responsibilities

* Hands-on development using Quest One Identity Manager (Manager, Designer/Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, schema extensions, Quick Connect)

* Integrating target systems for provisioning and synchronisation (full & delta)

* Supporting reconciliation processes and identity lifecycle workflows

* Writing and optimising SQL queries, views, and stored procedures

* Supporting deployments and post-production issues

* Troubleshooting complex IAM and integration challenges

Essential Requirements

* Strong hands-on experience with Quest One Identity Manager (1IM)

* Integration experience with at least one of:

* Active Directory

* Microsoft Exchange / O365

* LDAP

* SAP / PeopleSoft

* Relational Databases / Web Services / IDaaS

* 2+ years MS SQL (tables, views, stored procedures, complex queries)

* 2+ years VB.Net

* Experience with server-side scripting (Perl / VBScript / JavaScript / Batch)

* Good understanding of SDLC, Change Management and Windows server commands

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Desirable

* Custom connector development (UNS tables)

* WebUI customisation

* Experience supporting international enterprise environments

* Prior post-production deployment support experience
