Fawkes & Reece are working with a well-established building services contractor who are looking to appoint a Mobile A/C Engineer to cover London and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent role suited to an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across multiple commercial sites and enjoys a varied, mobile position.

The Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and associated HVAC plant across a portfolio of commercial properties. Duties will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
• Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding
• Servicing VRV/VRF systems, splits, AHUs and FCUs
• Ensuring all compliance and paperwork is completed accurately
• Liaising with clients and site representatives

This role offers a varied workload, autonomy, and long-term stability within a reputable contract.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Professional and client-facing manner
• Full UK driving licence
