Engineer (Cloud) a hands-on technical leader who sets engineering standards and drives cloud excellence across major client engagements.

Youll shape technical direction, architect modern cloud platforms, mentor engineers, and contribute to high-impact digital transformation projects across a wide range of industries.

The Role

Youll lead architecture and technical strategy while remaining hands-on across cloud platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and high-quality software development. Youll guide engineering teams, collaborate closely with delivery leaders and product teams, and ensure complex cloud solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture and technical decision-making across major projects
• Design and build cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies
• Write and review high-quality, production-ready code across the full stack
• Champion best practices in security, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and tracing solutions to ensure reliability and performance
• Mentor engineers and help shape engineering standards and modern practices
• Contribute to presales activities including proposals, estimates, and technical pitches
• Facilitate architecture workshops and collaborative engineering sessions

What Youll Need

• Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, and cloud-native tooling
• Excellent understanding of cloud security, IAM, and zero-trust principles
• Strong backend engineering skills (C#, Python, Node.js, Java)
• Good working knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and modern automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions

Nice to Have:GCP experience, public sector background, accessibility awareness, or use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
