Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading global provider of environmental solutions a to recruit a Technical Plant Engineer on a 6 month contract for its energy facility in Cornwall.

The Technical Plant Engineer role comes with a daily rate up to £850.

Key skills required for the Technical Plant Engineer role

• Degree or higher qualification in engineering or management discipline
• Expertise with industrial boilers and pressure parts welding.
• Experience in power generation, or heavy process/engineering industries.
• Understanding and experience of environmental legislation and management systems.
• Project management experience
• Ideally a Chartered engineer or working towards Chartered status.

Location, day rate and timeframe of the Technical Plant Engineer role

• St Austell, Cornwall
• 6 month contract
• Daily rate up to £850.
