x12 Fullstack Engineer (Product-Focused) | (NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript)
Salary up to £140k + Equity

This isn’t a ticket-taking role. You’ll own ideas end-to-end, from customer conversations (yes, including on-site visits) to shipping production-ready features that solve real enterprise pain points.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of high-impact ideas and ship them fast
• Talk directly to customers and translate problems into product
• Work across the stack — architecture → backend → UI
• Make smart trade-offs to maximise impact
• Build, test, iterate in tight 6-week cycles
• Help shape new paradigms for AI-powered software in industrial inspection

What We’re Looking For

• 2-8 years shipping fullstack features in real-world products
• Experience in high-growth environments
• Founder or 0→1 experience (bonus if you’ve built something revenue-generating)
• Strong product instincts and a bias toward action
• Stack: NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript
