Service Design & Transition Consultant
Stellarmann requires a Service Design & Transition Consultant to work on an engagement with a leading professional services organisation, who are transitioning to a new office building.
The role encompasses both Service Design and Service Transition, so you need to be highly skilled in both, on complex projects with large organisations.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Service Transition and Service Design for large corporates
Deep knowledge of ITIL v3
Proven ability to create operational artefacts: SOPs, runbooks, support models, readiness checklists, acceptance packs
Ability to ensure delivery teams complete required governance, design, testing, security, compliance, and configuration artefacts
Strong coordination skills and ability to influence, challenge, and guide project managers and technical teams
Ability to understand technical designs and translate them into operational documentation
Background in technical project management or infrastructure/technical environments
Experience working with ITSM tools (BMC Helix preferred), and CMDBs
Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable avoiding siloed working
