Im looking for an experienced Lead Platform & Resilience Architect to define, lead, and deliver resilience strategies across a complex, multi-cluster OpenShift environment. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on technical depth, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, regulatory alignment, and platform performance at scale.
What Youll Be Doing
- Define and maintain end-to-end platform resilience strategies aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
- Provide architectural leadership across multiple OpenShift clusters.
- Work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to align design decisions and delivery.
- Lead workshops, design reviews, and technical and business stakeholder sessions.
- Guide teams on HA, DR, failover, security hardening, and performance tuning.
- Embed resilience into CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automated deployments.
- Continuously improve platform resilience as new features and applications are introduced.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven background as a Senior/Lead Architect in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Deep expertise with Red Hat OpenShift and supporting technologies:
- ACM (Advanced Cluster Management)
- ACS (Advanced Cluster Security)
- GitOps
- OpenShift Pipelines
- ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation)
- Service Mesh 3.0
- AMQ operators
- Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Ability to drive strategy while being hands-on when required.
