We’re seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in design management to support a major UK infrastructure project. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of technical delivery and coordinating design interfaces across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review design deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
• Support project planning, design assurance, and change control processes.
• Oversee technical quality, construction feasibility, and compliance with design intent.
• Contribute to risk reviews, constructability assessments, and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in civil engineering or MEP projects.
• Proven experience in design management or design coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UK construction standards and health & safety requirements.
