Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and engineering. This is a true 50:50 hybrid role: youll shape the products visual identity and user experience and build the front-end that brings it to life. Youll work on a mobile-first, AI-powered platform used by thousands of legal professionals worldwidesimplifying complex workflows and elevating document automation.

What Youll Do:

• Design and deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces for a global SaaS and mobile product with a strong emphasis on mobile-first UX.
• Build high-quality front-end components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS within a .NET ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and legal SMEs to turn complex requirements into elegant, user-centred solutions.
• Run usability testing and iterate designs based on real feedback from legal professionals.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and champion accessibility (WCAG).
• Integrate with backend services (C#, Azure) and contribute to API-driven developmentideal for someone keen to expand their backend exposure.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation to support scale and reuse.

What Youll Bring:

• Strong UI/UX design experience for mobile and SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing work for major brands.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe tools, and wireframing/prototyping platforms such as Balsamiq.
• Advanced front-end engineering skills with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSScomfortable owning complex UI builds.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments (Azure ideal) and modern DevOps/Agile teams.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work 30% onsite in London, 70% remote.
