Role: ServiceNow Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Germany - Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, or Frankfurt

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join a global IT Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the further development of the ServiceNow platform, implementing scalable solutions, and supporting users and cross-functional teams in optimizing IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage the full development life cycle: implementation of new features, testing, release, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop automations, integrate with external platforms, and manage interfaces.
• Coordinate and manage external service providers for complex projects.
• Apply monthly security updates, app updates, and platform upgrades.
• Provide support, configuration, and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.
• Advise and support users to ensure optimal platform usage.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Specialist or Developer.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience managing external service providers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, API integrations, and custom application development.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; fluent German and strong English (written and spoken).
