Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical plant and building services across a large commercial building. This role comes with bundles of overtime so if youre looking for a position with great earning potential, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on all mechanical plant
• General building services
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to ensure optimal building performance.
• mechanical fault finding and repair.
• Maintenance and servicing of AHUs & FCUs

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Proven background in building services or facilities maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication ability
