Position: Electrical Shift Engineer

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A prestigious and well-established facilities maintenance provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join their on-site team at a high-profile commercial facility in West London. What youll do:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance across a wide range of building services plant.
• Fault finding on electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated equipment.
• Ensure all plant and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and support the wider engineering team with technical issues.
• Update maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Assist with system upgrades, small project works, and continuous improvement tasks.

What youll bring:

• Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
• Willingness to undertake further training on site-specific systems.
