What Youll Work On Ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and reliability of production systems Managing and leading live incident response, driving RCAs and long-term fixes Building and maintaining SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs Supporting a core Java product: patch files, SDKs, YAML configuration, uptime maintenance Contributing to automation using Python, Linux tooling, and infrastructure as code Working closely with compliance, security, and multiple engineering teams Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation (one week every 45 weeks) Tech Stack Youll Use AWS: EC2, EKS, Load Balancers, VPC, plus real-world integration experience Linux: deep troubleshooting + sysadmin fundamentals Python scripting for automation YAML, configuration, SDK/patch management
