Manufacturing Engineer - Process & Utilities| Permanent | £55,507.89 post 6m probation £57,143.64 | Bristol
12 hour shifts on a rotating days/night pattern, averaging 38.25 hours per week
As Manufacturing Engineer-Process & Utilities, you will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining the utilities and process plant with full ownership and accountability for product quality, whilst encompassing all aspects of plant improvements.
Working as part of a team you will identify and rectify root causes of the plant failure, encompassing all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements whilst ensuring that the critical plant settings are maintained and serviced, to continually improve plant efficiency and business processes. A key part of the role is ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, in full, and right-first-time, in line with Encirc Group standards.
