The Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will take responsibility for leading testing activities across complex systems and workstreams. You will provide assurance on quality and readiness, contribute to test strategy development, and engage directly with stakeholders to communicate risks and quality status.

This role suits an experienced testing professional ready to take greater ownership and leadership within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead system and integration testing across complex projects or workstreams

Develop and contribute to test strategies and detailed test plans

Design, review, and assure high-quality test cases and scripts

*

Manage defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution processes

*

Provide clear reporting on system quality, risks, and readiness

*

Support risk identification and mitigation related to system assurance

*

Mentor and guide junior test analysts

*

Engage confidently with client stakeholders and delivery partners

*

Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality standards

*

Drive continuous improvement in testing methods and practices

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in system testing within complex IT environments

*

Strong understanding of structured test methodologies and lifecycle models

*

Experience contributing to test strategy and planning

*

Ability to assess system risk and communicate quality status clearly

*

Experience working in client-facing or multi-supplier environments

*

Leadership or mentoring experience

*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
