Role:

You will provide strategic and technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a scalable, secure, and best practice aligned architecture that supports major transformation activities including CMDB rebuild, integrations, and platform configuration uplift.

Skills

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer.

Strong understanding of CMDB modelling, CI class design, and data governance.

Expertise in API, web services

(REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server design.

Experience with Scoped Applications, Application Portfolio Management, and platform security.

Knowledge of ITIL v4, enterprise design patterns, and platform governance.

Strong understanding of data architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities?

Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, guardrails, and design standards.

Own architectural decisions for CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and custom applications.

Lead complex solution designs, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture and technical governance.
