A thriving, Ofsted-rated Outstanding SEN school located in East Finchley (Northern Line) require an IT Support Technician to start with them immediately
The right person will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, and ensuring that staff and students can use technology effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff and students
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, interactive whiteboards)
• Support assistive technologies used by students with SEN
• Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment in classrooms and meeting spaces
• Contribute to IT development projects and digital strategy

Essential Criteria:

• An ability to start immediately - or no later than in 2 weeks time!
• Experience in an IT support role (ideally within an education setting)
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Understanding of safeguarding and data protection principles
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
