The Locations

This role offers a hybrid/flexible working model based out of modern hubs in:

• Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, or Scotland.

What You’ll Do

• Drive User-Centric Design: Analyze target user needs and task performance to create optimized, seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Expert User Research: Conduct in-depth interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
• Lead & Influence: Act as a subject matter expert, making key design decisions and solving complex problems across multiple teams.
• Continuous Iteration: Use real user feedback and testing results to refine designs and stay ahead of industry best practices.

Who You Are

• Public Sector Pro: You have proven experience working within Government standards (GDS).
• Research Expert: You possess expert-level proficiency in User Research and usability testing.
