Project Manager – Mechanical

Location: Glasgow | Salary: DOE | Hours: Full-time, Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–16:00

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to take full ownership of high-value projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Defence, Hospitality, and District Heating sectors. As a Project Manager – Mechanical, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure mechanical installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of mechanical projects as Project Manager – Mechanical, from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover.

Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client communications to guarantee smooth delivery.

Implement safety and quality systems, resolving technical issues efficiently.

Control project budgets, programmes, and client satisfaction as a Project Manager – Mechanical

Who You Are

Experienced Project Manager – Mechanical with a proven track record on commercial M&E projects £100k–£4m.

Strong leadership, people management, and commercial awareness.

Qualified in building services or equivalent, confident in Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
