Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of over £150 million. Our client’s expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £5m - £20m.

About the Role

We have been asked to find specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering a water infrastructure package in value of cica £10 million. The Project Manager will need to have a strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Reinforced Concrete construction. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

About the requirements

* Proven track record of delivering RC frame projects on time and within budget

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

* Passion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainability

* Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering

Salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
