Senior Project Manager | North Lincs | £80k - £90k + Package

I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading regional contractor for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role on a major regeneration project

This is a high-profile scheme involving multiple stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and end-to-end project control

Key Responsibilities;

Lead the delivery of a large, complex regeneration project from pre-construction / early works through to completion

Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and safety

Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider delivery teams

Coordinate design, commercial, and construction activities

Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and consultants

Drive risk management, reporting, and governance processes

Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual and client requirements

Requirements;

Proven experience delivering regeneration or mixed-use projects

Strong main contractor background

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Commercially astute with strong programme control experience

SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and relevant construction qualifications
