An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join a construction company based in London. The ideal candidate will have a background within HVAC maintenance for large commercial buildings and will have a background within mechanical and electrical engineering.

The role will be site based at buildings primarily in West and Central London. A company van is provided so a full UK driving license is required.

Building Services Engineer Key Skills:

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within building services / HVAC
• Excellent PPM experience for HVAC, fire alarm systems, lighting etc
• MEP background
• 18th Edition and F-Gas certified would be ideal
• Documentation writing and review experience including RAMS
• Mechanical and Electrical background
• Full UK Driving License

Building Services Engineer Responsibilities:

• Attending sites in London and managing maintenance of HVAC systems
• Performing PPM across building sites
• Diagnose and resolve system faults and make repairs
• Writing and reviewing RAMS documentation
• Ensuring H&S standards are kept to
• Minor plumbing fixes
