A global organisation are looking forfor aMulti-Skilled Engineerto join their site Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure high levels of reliability and efficiency across the site.

Youll be part of a close-knit engineering team that supports continuous improvement, drives equipment reliability, and contributes to a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery and systems.

• Diagnose and repair bothmechanical and electrical faultsin a timely manner to minimise downtime.

• Support process improvements and reliability projects across the site.

• Work collaboratively with production and technical teams to achieve performance targets.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records through the sites CMMS system.

• Uphold stricthealth, safety, and environmental standardsat all times.

About You

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in engineering (minimumNVQ Level 3 / HNC / ONC).

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in amanufacturing or FMCGenvironment.

• Strong fault-finding skills across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.

• Experience withPLC-controlled machinery, drives, and automated systems(advantageous).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• A positive attitude towards continuous improvement and safe working practices.
