You’ll be joining a well‑established and highly respected design, fit‑out and furniture specialist with a strong presence across Scotland. This organisation is known for delivering innovative workplace solutions for a diverse range of commercial clients. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery, excellent client service and full adherence to programme, budget and specification.Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines, budgets and resources
• Leading site coordination and ensuring high standards of health & safety
• Overseeing subcontractor performance and resolving project issues promptly
• Liaising closely with clients, designers and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Maintaining quality control and supporting handover processes

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out or refurbishment projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach to client and delivery challenges
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Driving licence and ability to travel to client sites when required
