About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal Angular Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple product teams (up to 8) within a stable, growing SaaS business. This is a hands-on, strategic role: you’ll influence architecture, scalability, and engineering standards while delivering key frontend features.

You’ll drive proof-of-concepts, improve frontend processes, mentor engineers, and help shape the long-term technical vision. This is ideal for someone passionate about technical excellence, mentoring, and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Angular frontend architecture and strategy across multiple teams
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions
• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and future-facing technology exploration
• Mentor and guide senior and mid-level engineers
• Improve frontend processes, CI/CD, and engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence platform direction

Technical Requirements

• Expert Angular experience (v21 or recent versions)
• Strong frontend architecture and scalability experience
• Proficient in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD and best engineering practices
• Interest in emerging tech and AI is a plus
