What Youll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, people-first role. Youll be:

Providing high-quality 1st line IT support to clients over phone, email, and in person
Visiting client sites (approx. one day a week) to deliver and set up equipment, resolve issues, advise and build strong relationships
Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments
Assisting with troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, and devices
Escalating more complex issues and developing your 2nd line capabilities
Acting as a friendly, confident face of the company, making tech easy and stress free for customers

What Were Looking For

Essential

Strong technical Office 365 skills
Solid 1st line IT support experience
Excellent customer service and communication you enjoy talking to people!
A full UK driving licence
A genuine team player who takes pride in helping others

Desirable

Some experience with 2nd line support
A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
