Maintenance Mechanical Engineer (Static Site)
Location: OX11 Postcode Area
Salary: £36,000 £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically qualified engineer seeking stability, structured progression, and the benefits of working within a professional commercial environment.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks
• Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated equipment
• Support statutory compliance checks and inspections
• Liaise with site teams and ensure accurate reporting
• Participate in a call-out rota as required

About You

• Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience within commercial maintenance environments
• Knowledge of HVAC and building services plant
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork approach
• Full UK driving licence desirable
