Client: Our client is an established specialist plumbing and pipework contractor who have been operating for over 25 years and have strong technical capability in mechanical systems in commercial and industrial sectors. They are versatile in scope: new build, shell & core, fit-outs and refurbishments. Project values tend to range between £5,000-£5,000,000. Their client base include several well known Tier 1 building services contractors and End user clients.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager – SW London - £400 per day (Long term work) or £80,000 + Package

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing design liaising with client and consultants

* RFIs – Liaison with client team and sub contractors

* Health & Safety management (RAMs)

* Commercial Responsibility

* Team Coordination

* Progress meetings with client and internal meetings

* Overseeing commissioning stages

* Assisting with coordination and management of labour

The Ideal Candidate:

* Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of pipework services.

* Experience working in the commercial sector.

* Good computer skills
