I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded commercial fit-out contractor that is looking to appoint experienced Project Managers to support a growing and exceptionally secure workload.

The business operates across Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Central Belt, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects for a mix of public and private sector clients. Their order book is secured well into 2028, largely through long-term frameworks, offering genuine stability and continuity.

While the majority of projects are delivered locally, there is also the opportunity to work on projects in the North of England and the Highlands through national frameworks.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, and commercial performance are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full project lifecycle, pre- and post-construction

Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

*

Managing programmes, budgets, and site performance

*

Client liaison and stakeholder management

*

Working under NEC and/or JCT contracts

You can be based from either Edinburgh or Glasgow, depending on what suits you best.

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out (or a similar contractor environment)

*

Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts

*

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects

*

Organised, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
