Were recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy feed mill manufacturing operation in Navenby. This is a hands-on, production-critical role focused on PPM, reactive maintenance and plant reliability within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be responsible for:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown support on production equipment
• Mechanical & electrical fault finding
• Maintenance of conveyors, motors, drives, gearboxes and associated plant
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and environmental standards
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime

This is a plant-led role where uptime genuinely matters.

What Were Looking For

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification
• Electrically competent (17th / 18th Edition desirable)
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing / FMCG / industrial plant
• Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, gearboxes or process equipment
• Comfortable working in reactive breakdown environments
• Team-focused with a hands-on, get the job done mentality

This is not facilities maintenance its a true industrial production environment.
